3-Hour Service Booking
Service Description
If you need us for the whole day, please book the 9am AND the 12:30 - 3 hour booking slot for that day. This 3-hour session is perfect for tackling the spaces that feel the most overwhelming right now. Together, we can work on things like: • decluttering and organizing • resetting kitchens, closets, or storage spaces • body doubling • preparing for a move • small home reset projects • creating simple systems that make everyday life easier Many clients start with a 3-hour session and then decide if they’d like additional time once we begin. Our goal is always the same: calm the chaos physically so you can feel calmer mentally too 💗
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time with no penalty. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, a $100 cancellation charge will be added to your next booking. This policy helps protect reserved time that could have been offered to another family needing support. Running Late / Unexpected Changes Life happens — especially in busy homes. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and we will always do our best to work with you where we can. Preparing for Your Appointment No preparation is required before your visit. We do ask that you send some pictures or a video of the spaces you want help with so we can make a plan on our end. Service Time Appointments are booked in dedicated time blocks so we can make meaningful progress during each visit. If additional time is helpful once we begin, we can discuss extending the session whenever possible. Travel Outside Winnipeg Appointments outside the Winnipeg perimeter will include a mileage fee of $0.50/km, unless other arrangements have been made.
